Enhancement Program plan to verify that consumers are consistently receiving care of the highest standards when they are needed.
We assist in carrying out the Comprehensive Plan
of Care developed with the consumer to meet his/her requested needs. Also, we administer a Client Satisfactory Survey
monthly to help us understand the consumer's needs and concerns so that we can meet or exceed their expectations.
